PDP - Personal Data Protection

According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented SC SUN WARE SRL has the obligation to manage in secure conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide us about yourself, a member of your family or another person.

The purpose of data collection is: to provide services and products according to the current offer, as well as to register web domains on behalf of customers and according to their orders.

You are obliged to provide the data, which is necessary in order to be able to identify the recipient of the services or products provided, or to register the domains in your name (as a customer). Your refusal to provide the data makes it impossible to provide the service or product, or to register the domains ordered.

The registered information is intended for use by the operator and, as the case may be, is disclosed only to the following recipients: national/European/world-wide web domain registration/administration authorities or their partners (ROTLD, EURid, OpenSRS/ICANN).

Any person has the right to object, free of charge and without any justification, to the processing of his/her personal data for direct marketing purposes.

According to Law no. 677/2001, you have the right of access, the right to intervene on data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to go to court. Furthermore, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you and to request erasure of the data. You are also recognized the right to take legal action. Your data will be transferred abroad, namely Canada, USA or EU, in order to register international domains (if applicable).
